Wild Camping and Scafell Pike

What better way to enjoy some mother-son time than to enjoy a brand new activity in the great outdoors. Over the weekend LMG Fliss was out with mothers Helen and Lucy and sons George and Joe enjoying a spot of wild camping. This was their first ever experience of wild camping and what a great little expedition they had. The group walked in to Styhead Pass with their heavy packs and pitched their camp on the lower slopes of Great Gable. They all then left the pass and made their way up Scafell Pike! On return to the camp it was time for an alfresco dinner before a night of rain and thunder echoing around the valley. This morning they packed up and took a leisurely stroll back to the cars. What a fab weekend, well done and thanks Fliss! Get in touch if you'd like to have a wild camping experience - we've even got all the kit for you to hire if you don't have your own. #Liveforthenow
