It's been a lovely day here in the Lakes, and ideal for this family over from New York to enjoy some Lakeland trails.
Guided by Carol, fresh back from a trip up a 6000m peak in India, they ventured up Silver How, taking in the scenes as they went.
The family all experienced 'Jelly Legs' on the way down, so I'm sure they'll know about their walking endeavours tomorrow!
