A mountaineer in the making.... Yesterday LMG James was out with Phoebe and her daughter, Elif. Despite being just 5, Elif has already ticked off some big walks and some classic scrambles such as Striding Edge. She also goes for climbing and bouldering lessons at an indoor wall weekly, and so they were keen to take it outside. Their day was spent up and around the Langdale Pikes. This included an ascent of Stickle Ghyll, a multi pitch rock climb on Tarn Crag and finally an ascent of Jack's Rake to finish off the day. Well done all. #LivefortheNow
