A brill morning session with LMG regular Ali on a circuit around Bannerdale Crags and Blencathra.
Ali had an amazing year of ticking off running challenges with us last year and unfortunately due to multiple injuries she's on the long road to recovery. It was ace to spend the morning speed hiking around the fell with her once more for just a few hours.
