How better to bring in your 5th decade than with a huge challenge event with your pals?
On Friday, birthday girl Lisa, along with her buddies Claire, Lindsay and Jane completed the Borrowdale10 Challenge.
This multipeak event takes in some epic hills, including Great End, Scafell Pike and Great Gable and has a combined ascent of nearly 2000m.
