Today was all about temperature regulation, swimming and scrambling!
A fab day out with Sue and Celia with the primary objective of ticking off Jack's Rake on Pavey Ark. We knew it would be warm so planned in some swims in Stickle Tarn on the way up and the way down!
Our day started with a dry ascent of Stickle Ghyll and both ladies scrambled really well on the warm rock up Jack's Rake.
