Scorchio on Scafell Pike today. LMG Carol was out leading and here's her report
'A hot, hot, hot day with Ajay, his daughter Priti and their friend Dan. Off for an adventure and dodging the crowds (and dodging the sun!!), we made our way to the summit of Scafell Pike via Styhead Tarn and the Corridor route from Wasdale head. Well done to Priti for an amazing and impressive 1st ever mountain journey and claiming England's highest as her 1st ever mountain. What a lovely, fun group of people to spend the day with...all the best with The Ben on Friday!'
