A wonderful journey up Scafell Pike via the Piers Gill path with journalist Grace today.
She's currently writing a piece for a well known Financial paper and I was super chuffed when she wanted to feature LMG and the mountains of West Cumbria.
She asked for a quiet experience of Scafell Pike and that's exactly what she got. Even on a super sunny Sunday we managed to get all the way to 800m only seeing 7 people! After grabbing the summit and soaking up the amazing views we descended to Lingmell Col, and then back down to the car via Lingmell Nose.
Today we really found the quiet side of Scafell Pike and enjoyed the best possible views too. Awesome stuff 🤙 #LivefortheNow
